soo i experimented with this last night since i finally had some time to sleep on a school night. 8 hrs of sleep burned almost 800 cals! pretty amazed. also my avg heart rate was around 71 but went all the way up to 124! i did have a dream but it wasnt a nightmare so idk how that happened! pretty cool though :) i am incredibly sore from last nights workout so im resting today but my hrm is running right now to see how many cals i burn on rest day :) we’ll see how much i burn without any exercise!! #fitness #polar #polarft4 #instafit #fitspo #eatcleantrainmean #experiment #sleep #caloriesburned #myday
