Obsessed with omelettes!!!! 5 eggwhites (from the carton), 1 whole egg, 1/4c cheddar, 1c baby spinach, 2sl turkey bacon, and a side of 0% greek yog and half a peach. Approx 400 cals and 57g protein. NOM!! Goin in. and of course my fav, black coffee with 1tsp honey. Happy Humpday!!!!
